Don’s ability to collaborate and recognize other perspectives allows him to understand the big picture and build strong partnerships. As the CFO for Illume Advising, he guided the firm’s growth to $10 million in revenue, 50 employees, and eventual sale. His professional background also includes operations management for a large corporation with over 10,000 employees and conducting legislative, fiscal, policy, and organizational studies for a state government agency. When he’s not poring over spreadsheets, Don enjoys cracking dad jokes, strategy board games with any theme, and playing soccer.
